Hi @GMIG66!

Is your AllAccess updated to 10.1.262.2 (Settings>About)?

From the Charm Bar, please click Settings > Networks icon > under Mobile broadband, click AT&T > check Connect automatically > Connect.

If the device is still unrecognized, please try a different USB port. If you’re still unable to connect, send us a private message with your full name and a good contact number so that we can reach out to you for troubleshooting.

Thanks!

Netgear product description  does not include windows 10 compatibility:

https://www.netgear.com/service-providers/products/mobile/usb-modems/340U.aspx?cid=wmt_netgear_organic#tab-techspecs

At&t implies this device is compatible with Windows 10.  After contacting Netgear, spending many hours installing client on Windows, and according to the product page, this Netgear router is not compatible with Windows 10.  Contacting at&t regarding this is pointless, they know nothing about these devices.  Netgear offered a solution for $199 and confirmed there is no available windows 10 software for this device.

False information provided by at&t.  These Files are both corrupt when downloaded and are not compatible with Windows 10.

@Fsavage420 Do you have an old USB hub sitting around?  This seemed to fix it, for most people:

https://community.netgear.com/t5/AirCard-LTE-Hotspots-Gateways/AirCard-313U-AT-amp-amp-T-not-recognized-on-Windows-10-machine/td-p/981283

What's likely happening here, is that the child relationship with the primary USB hub is causing an issue, my (primarily educated) guess anyway, adding another hub would abstract it like this.

It sounds like the first thing you want to do is upgrade the firmware too: https://kb.netgear.com/26983/AirCard-340U-AT-T-Beam-Downloads-and-Documentation?cid=wmt_netgear_organic

This could solve the USB problem, but regardless, it sounds like it fixes some data counter issues and more.

I don't have a USB hub lying around nor do I want to use one.  This device is meant for portability, and using a hub is distracting from that portability.  I appreciate the response and finding this workaround.  We have now purchased a mobile hotspot and have given up on these 4g adapters.
