313u Wireless AirCard not detected

I did a Windows 8 factory restore on my HP Pavilion. When when I plug the card back in, I never got a prompt to reinstall it, I download ATT all access and got the message "device not detected", the blue power light is blinking, and in my devices it shows it's working ( no yellow triangle). I download AirCard watcher with the same results. I've updated the drivers and reinstalling them. I tried plugging it into all my USB ports.  please help

Morning @Nighteyes

I appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. I’ll be happy to assist!

It sounds like you will manually have to download the drivers to your laptop. There is an awesome article we have which makes this process a breeze. If you can please select your make and model, the next page will give you the option to begin the download process.

If you don’t find it on this site, the second option would be to go through the manufacturer. For example, if your hotspot device is manufactured by NetGear you can go to the NetGear Download Support page. Here you can enter your air card make and model and find the drivers you need.

Hope you found this helpful, and if you have any further questions please contact us via forum.
