when registering for online access i get a "Sorry your account has been locked. (RBV107)" error.

When registering for online access i get a "Sorry your account has been locked. (RBV107)" error. I've tried using my phone number or my account number with the same results. I opened my AT&T account about 18 days ago online and picked up my phone instore the same day. Im not absolutely sure but i believe when i first opened the account online or when i picked the phone up i created an account password but when i called for help the rep said i see you don't have a security code set on the account so lets do that first. I provided the last four digits of my ssn but the rep said she was was getting a strange error that there were no active users on my account so therefore she couldn't create a security code enable me the online access i was attempting registration for. I was advised that i needed to visit a store and they would help me but if she couldnt assist me would someone at a store be able too? Its been my expierence that a store employee justs contacts customer support the same way i am doing to access my account?..  has anyone ever had this happen?

Hello @mikeshannonco,

 

We can definitely provide you with some more information about why your account has been locked. The error message that you received indicates that your account was locked due to an invalid zip code entered multiple times while registering for online access. You can unlock your User ID by performing a Password Reset, or reattempting to login after one hour. Please be sure to enter the zip code that is associated with your wireless account, to avoid this error message when you're able to begin the registration again. Let us know if this helps.

The billing zip is correct, but it still gives me this same error. I’m just trying to set up a new ID.

I was setting up my account and that popped up. I had service on this phone 2 days ago and now nothing
