locked out of my account

i broke my old phone bought a new cell took my old sim and inserted it into my new cell everything works but MY AT@T account says im locked out? what do i do

We can definitely assist you with signing back in to your AT&T account. You can Learn tips for solving issues with signing in here. If you forgot your password/user ID, you can Reset your User ID/Password here. You can also find out how to Update your AT&T Access ID here. Let us know if this helps.
