I am very upset I have tried to log in to my att app to view data usage and pay my bill and it's not allowing me in even with trying to reset password and user ID I'm so upset I need help.

Hi, I've been an AT&T customer for a year now....never thinking that by my second year I will be sharing a plan with my boyfriend. I need to Know how to remove recent paperless bill from online account and how to limit secondary account access. We've been through some things, and honestly I like my privacy! I need your help!

Why does AT&T wireless account not allow special characters used in account passwords? A bit stupid to force users to make their passwords weaker. Yet... to make an account on THIS forum you allow them. A special character is in your bloody name, why can we not use them in passwords?

Hello! When logged into ‘Account Overview’ page the ‘My Plans’ section shows ‘Alerts’.
