    A suggestion for AT&T: Data usage is always a concern, and we come close to exceeding our maximum most billing cycles. It would help TREMENDOUSLY if there was a web screen to go to that would give a percentage of the Data used so far along with a percentage of how far along into the billing cycle you are. Or a chart showing the same thing would help.

    Every time I log in to my ATT.COM using my @att.net account name, the site requires me to update my email address. I then get a notification email that my account has been updated despite the fact that I use the same email EVERY time. It is a real nuisance and I can't seem to find out why it is happening nor how to stop it. Anyone else having the same issue?

    Hi, two days ago I got 5 new phone numbers at an at&t store in madison, wi. I am an international student so I don't have an SSN number. So how do I sign up for my at&t to pay my bills online? Thanks.

    So I ordered a new phone because (SHOCKER) the att reps at the store said not to buy phones in their store when I can order them online for free (not naming names you corporate ****). And anyways I get done ordering and check the status. "Preparing to ship" Ok cool so their gonna send it in the next few hours/next buisness day "Expected ship time augus 26th to 28th" ........

    Hi, The person who had access to our ATT Premier account has left the company and we are now unable to login to our account. I don't know who our account rep is and haven't had any luck tracking down that information. Please help!

    I have been a customer of ATT for years. I was told throug chat that I would be charged $40.00 to re-connect my service for a bill of $60.00. I have never had a problem that couldn't be solved with ATT until now. I asked if the $40.00 fee could be waived and was told no. I will be changing my service.
