Will not let me upgrade to a new phone

After filling out the condition of my phone the Continue Link is not working , it has been like that for 2 days .

Thank you for posting this to the Community Forums. Upgrading your phone should be an easy and an exciting experience, we do apologize for this inconvenience! I will be more than happy to share a few options.

 

Please delete your cache and cookies for your internet browser and restart it. If this doesn’t fix the problem try using another browser like Firefox or Google Chrome. Lastly you can go into any of our stores and upgrade, this way you won’t have to wait for your new device in the mail! Please click on this link to find a location and schedule a visit so you won’t have to wait!
