Verification code not being sent, cannot log in to my account
Okay so A LOT has happened over the 2+ weeks that I’ve been dealing with this issue including disrespectful and basically useless. Chat representatives were fine and some phone representatives even though I couldn’t understand most of them. Anyway, here is my main issue: when I attempt to log in to the app OR website, it tells me they need to send a code to verify it’s me, and the number they are allegedly sending this code is in fact my phone number. However no code ever arrives. It is an AT&T issue as I receive 2 factor identification codes from literally every other account I have that requires them. No one has helped me. Every single person tells me to do the exact same thing I’ve been instructed to do like 9 different times. Initially I was told it was a system wide problem and it would be solved in 3-5 hours. That was almost TWO WEEKS ago. Today I went into the AT&T store where I was greeted with more poor customer service, she literally said “I’m not sure what to tell you we can’t fix that”. So I called tech support again, and he said “it’s saying in the system it will be fixed July 9th” and now I’m pretty sure absolutely no one at AT&T at any level is truthful or knows what they’re doing. I need help either fixing the issue or I need the contact info of Pennsylvania’s regional manager, or some other person who might actually know what they’re doing.
