Is there a way to delete all current and past usage and data history from my online account?

No there is not.

 

If your not wanting someone to see the logs and your the account holder you can call customer service and have a PASSCODE placed on the account.  A PASSCODE offers an extra layer of protection on the account and would require anyone trying to log into the online account, store or calling customer service to know the PASSCODE.

 

If your not the primary account holder there is nothing to prevent the primary account holder from viewing your usage logs.
