Trying to register my online account.

I bought a sim card and joined at&t last week.

However, I can not register my online account now.

 

The error code is SRAS001, 


"A temporary system error prevents us from completing your request right now."

What is the problem and how I register??

I got it done but registering your account on att.com is frustrating i got same error. I dont remember how it was resolved i have had the account to long now.

Please try a different browser or just some basic web troubleshooting steps, like updating your Flash and Java plugins, or clearing Cache and Cookies.

 

If you're still having issues, please give Customer Care a call as the page suggest for more assistance.
