Text message usage not showing up on app or computer
Why is my text messaging usage not showing up for incoming and outgoing texts. This is a huge hassell. I was able to review this information anytime I wanted to know I'm being told you can only review after the billing cycle has ended. This is terrible!!!!! Please fix this ridiculous update! I have children and I need to know who they are texting and receiving text messages from. What if they were kidnapped and I needed to know that last person they contacted. I can't get the info until the end of the billing cycle when my new bill is posted!!!!! TERRIBLE!
