Security questions

Can someone explain to me how to change my security questions? Each time I try to answer one of the questions I have set up, it tells me my answer is incorrect.

I apologize for any error you may be receiving while answering your security questions, and I definitely understand how that would be frustrating! 

 

Here are a few reminders that may help:

  1. Your security answers will be between 4-80 characters.
  2. They are not case sensitive, but any spaces included are required.

 

If you are still experiencing any issues, you can change both your security questions and answers by clicking here, then clicking the blue “Update” button.
