Remove my ID from another account


Remove my ID from another account

My ID is linked to two accounts, my current account and my parents account which I am no longer on.  I am unable to remove myself from the old account and I’m constantly receiving notifications about the old account.  How can I get my ID removed from my parents account???

We're happy to help! So that your access ID won't be linked to your parents account any longer, be sure to follow these steps:

  1. Go to Profile.

  2. Select Sign-in info. 

  3. In My linked account, choose Remove this Account for the account you want to unlink.

  4. Select one of the following, if prompted:

    • A secondary user to replace you as the primary user

    • No one

  5. Choose a new primary account, if prompted.

  6. Follow the prompts to remove the account from your ID.
