Registering for an Online Business Account

When trying to register our account online, I keep getting the message "Self-Registration is not allowed for this wireless number. Please contact your company's administrator for assistance.".  I have tried entering every one of the numbers on our company account and I get this same message over and over again.


I need to know how to go about and create an online account so we can manage all of our numbers online.

I'm sorry you're having some issues with your account. Are you a primary account manager for your company? You might need to contact your AT&T Business rep for assistance with this. You can also ask this question at our Business Forums here.
