When trying to register our account online, I keep getting the message "Self-Registration is not allowed for this wireless number. Please contact your company's administrator for assistance.". I have tried entering every one of the numbers on our company account and I get this same message over and over again.
I need to know how to go about and create an online account so we can manage all of our numbers online.
