Redirect loop problem in website

After logging into my wireless account, I click on "check usage" and your website becomes unusable due to an authorization redirect loop.  This needs to be fixed.

I am sorry you are having this issue. I am elated to look into this for you!


I definitely understand how important it is to be able to log in. The first thing I will suggest is to clear your cache and cookies on your browser. If you are still having issues please try a different browse, the next step will be to try the phone app and see if you can get in this way. Let me know if you have any questions!

Clearing the cache does nothing to resolve the issue.  Please stop suggesting this.  The website is a tragedy, and simply does not work consistently.  You know this.  Everyone knows this.  Stop pretending otherwise.

The login functionality is still broken. Cleared cache, cookies, application and session storage, tried incognito / privacy mode in multiple browsers.
