Re: Phone Records

  1. Login
  2. go to billing and usage
  3. select the PDF of your April bill, or bill before and after to get all the dates.
  4. print the pages.

Re: Phone Records

I have my land line bill with my Uverse bill and it does not list out going calls that I made. I need this imformation. I sent customer service a letter and they sent it back as incomplete, I even had it notarized. customer service still refuses to help.  You are legally entiltled to these records but AT&T won't help

Re: Phone Records

Has anyone ever retrieved phone records from 5 - 6 years ago. If so I would love to find out how. Thanks

Good morning @Mikednwy.

I see have been seeking assistance for bill reprints prior to what is available online.  I have sent you a private message to your Forum’s Inbox to address your request.  I will be looking forward to your response.

I wish you the best, and have a great weekend!
