Password reset is not working
I am trying to login to my att app and it is not letting me reset my password. I have tried answering security questions and having a text sent with temporary password but it keeps saying I've exceeded my limit on both.

Hello @Sunshine1604,
We can definitely provide you with some more information about Resetting your password for myAT&T. Your User ID is locked after 6 unsuccessful login attempts are made within a 24-hour period. You will be able to perform the password reset again after 1 hour. Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Has the temporary e-mail password issue been resolved yet? If not, how do we know when this issue is fixed?

I bought my daughter a new computer for Christmas. We had forgotten here password, so we tried to reset it and we were unable to do so. I contacted multiple ATT numbers and was told it was a system problem and they had no idea when it would be resolved. My daughter is a Nurse and first responder and unable to send and receive emails. How is it even possible a company the size of ATT with all it's resources cannot fix a critical issue like this.

I have been trying to reset my password using the security answers given. I have tried several times throughout the day to no avail. How can I get into my account if it won't accept my current password or my security questions/answers?
