The password reset process for logging into my ATT appears to not be working. Evidence:
1. Attempts by ATT employee at ATT store to reset password and login with reset password did not work.
2. Attempt by ATT tech support today to reset password and login with reset password did not work. Tech created an access ID, associated it with my phone number, created a temp password for it. Both I and the tech support rep were unable to login with the new generated password.
3. Attempt by me to reset password and login with reset password did not work today.
Is this service down? When will it be functioning correctly?
Same, and so annoying. Then I waited for the chat option online. It said 135 mins...when it said 94 mins I got a text from a friend. Went to answer it, came back and in less than 5 minutes there was a rep talking and then leaving because I was not there. There should have still been an 89 min wait left. I give up. 😖
