Old statements

How far back can I go? I need a statement from July or August 2011?

Have you tried signing into your online account? Signing into my personal account I can go back to August  2011 which sounds close to the time frame you need.

 

No online account, no problem. I have a link below that will walk you through setting up an online account.

Go to "Billing & Usage", Select the "History" tab.

Billing & Payments History

Up to 16 months of billing and payments history is available online.

To review billing history older than 16 months, visit a store, dial 611 from your mobile phone, or call us at 800.331.0500. We provide one free bill invoice per calendar year. There's a $5 fee for each additional bill invoice.
