I am trying to access my account to set up a payment and neither the my AT&T app nor the website are loading my account. It just keeps loading and never pulls my information.

If your are trying to use the MyAT&T app on your device, you can check for current or new software updates for the mobile app or uninstall and re-download the app.
You can also delete any cache/cookies from you web browser and then click onto our MyAT&T Access Portal to sign in with your user ID and password.

im currently having the same issue and i did what you suggested and i finally logged in to my account and it says “We're sorry, the functionality you requested is currently unavailable. Please try again later. Thank you”
