Login loop on my AT&T app


Login loop on my AT&T app

I launch the app and select my account (phone number) to log in. Takes me to password screen where I enter the correct password (that I've used successfully many times before), shows spinning icon and then jumps back to original log in screen. I'd like to pay some phones off. Help please.

How long has this been going on? What wireless device are you using to access the myAT&T app? Have you made sure that you're using the latest version of the myAT&T app on your wireless device? Are you able to Sign in to myAT&T on our website, instead of the app? Please let us know. We look forward to hearing back from you.
