I launch the app and select my account (phone number) to log in. Takes me to password screen where I enter the correct password (that I've used successfully many times before), shows spinning icon and then jumps back to original log in screen. I'd like to pay some phones off. Help please.

How long has this been going on? What wireless device are you using to access the myAT&T app? Have you made sure that you're using the latest version of the myAT&T app on your wireless device?
