LGN0817 error message
I am a new customer and I have never been able to login into My AT&T app or online. I keep receiving this error message "A temporary system error prevents us from locating your account information right now. This type of problem usually lasts for a few minutes but may continue for several hours. For help right now, please contact us." I want to be able to login in view my account, view my bill, view the due date of my bill, etc. Please urgently assist.

Also had me call zte, yes they made the mobley but it's an at&t syztem/account error. Fix ur system please....
