LGN0817 error message

I am a new customer and I have never been able to login into My AT&T app or online. I keep receiving this error message "A temporary system error prevents us from locating your account information right now. This type of problem usually lasts for a few minutes but may continue for several hours. For help right now, please contact us." I want to be able to login in view my account, view my bill, view the due date of my bill, etc. Please urgently assist.

Been a customer for almost a month, exact same problem and spent hours on the phone and Twitter support.... Everyone is useless, had me call on-star and on star laughed at at&t excuse with that one....

Also had me call zte, yes they made the mobley but it's an at&t syztem/account error. Fix ur system please....
