Impossible to go on the net with my username and password, my email address is not recogni

I can it enter my account online, with my username, phone numbers, account number, etc it is totally frustrating.  And since my account has been suspended while I am overseas, there is no way I can go to an att store.  I guess I should not have to pay anything until I come back since I cannot use the account, it was suspended because I could not make a payment.  Maybe the whole account should be closed with no penalty and no payment since the company does not allow me to pay online.  This is ridiculous and aggravating.  My email address is [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information] if you want to send me some username and password to get into my account otherwise I should have no more contact with your company [Edited to comply with Guidelines]
