Id and password not working


Id and password not working

I have an install for internet scheduled for tomorrow. My access ID and/or password is not working and I cannot sign into my account.  I have tried changing them but still am not able to sign in. Help!

Hi, @Shanna7551.

Did you have services with the Access ID you were trying to sign into, or were you trying to activate your ID? If you were trying to activate it, you would have been provided an email with a temporary password to use for first time login, and then it would prompt you to create a permanent password. Usually, this is set up during the installation.

If you were trying to sign in for other services, or are still having trouble, what error are you getting when you try to reset your password?

unable to access email..temporary password issue does not work *** have been using att yahoo mail for 7 years suddenly will not allow access to ***@att.net
