IMO Portal

I'm an Apple employee and was off today. I received a text today that I must login to the IMO Portal by tomorrow or lose my 57% discount. It gives no web address or link for me to access. I have no idea what my login or password would be once I get the portal address and don't have much time to get this all done. Can someone at AT&T help me with this?

I too am an Apple employee. I received a series of texts stating the same thing. I went to the IMO website and signed in, but the account still says pending transition. Don’t quite know what that means.

I also have an IMO account stuck in pending...My discount has been removed and I cannot seem to find anyone with ATT that can actually take care of this...Has anyone else had any luck with getting this resolved?
