From the app, go to Profile and Account Settings, then Update My Profile. From there you'll be able to edit user names on all your lines, but it takes you to the full site anyway, so it might be easier to do it from a computer.
You can always call customer care and update the info with them.

I would like to change my user device name that show android-xxxxxxxx to something like SamsPhone. How do I do that?
