My Sprint Android has been hacked by my ex to get my information. Many things are embedded and in my phone connected to his account.

Change all your passwords and factory reset your device.
Get a new email address, and consider a new phone number as a last resort.
Hackers either get in through your accounts- email, Facebook, etc. or has to install something on your phone.
