Former employee haven't received pin need it to get my tax information
I have never received my registration letter for my pin to login to be able to access my W-2. Can someone please tell me how I can get this pin? Or assist me in getting mine?

I'm in the exact same spot. It's too late to call onestop currently, but I guess thats my plan for tomorrow. If I hadnt moved across the country I would just go to my old store

Call 1-888-722-1787 and say representative, then say other. They’ll have you state your ATTUID then connect you with a representative that will be able to provide you your PIN number. Just did it and it worked!
Also, call Fidelity to update your address on file. Their number is 1800-416-2363 and say savings/pension

I was actually sent a pin in the mail that doesn’t work. And now I can’t get anybody on the phone ever
