Data usage

All of my data usage is showing on all of my phones through today, except one. Why would this happen?  If that phone is turned OFF, does it stop reporting?

Hello @ljpere1956, and thanks for reaching out to the community for answers!

 

If a cellphone is deactivated or no longer in service with the wireless account, the viewing of the data usage would not be available for that specific device.

 

Please know that AT&T updates your usage reports as quickly as possible. But sometimes your usage info may be unavailable or delayed for up to 2 to 5 days for data use to appear on your MyAT&T account.

 

You can also access our Check current Usage Article for more information on viewing your wireless data during billing periods.
