Have checked for updates for the MyAT&T app? Have you uninstalled and then re-downloaded the app?
You can visit the web browser version of MyAT&T Login Portal with your username and password > Go to My Wireless > Check Usage > scroll down to the mobile number you would like to view and then click onto Data, Text & Talk Logs.
Also feel free to check out our AT&T Messages Page for more details on backing up and transferring your messages to and from different devices.

all my text messages disappeared. android & imessages they were there for ever until yesterday morning. it is very aggravating. and I dont want to hear that you dont show imessages. because up until yesterday you did. I'm looking at past bills. like last month. and why wouldnt you still show them. you dont own android but they were showing as well. this makes no sense. I guess I need to change carriers. which is a shame. Ive had this account since 1995

I am having the same issue and none of the customer service reps in chat live will help me. they dont know how I'm guessing. please let me know if u find a resolution!

I Recieved A Call From At&t About My Wireless Bill Being Due; I Ended Up Paying $200 Over The Phone Only To Found Out It Was Spam! But They Represented At&t. Now My Service Is Disconnected. How Can I Resolve This Issue?
