Cannot log in

I cannot log in to my At&t account online to pay a bill which I have been trying to do for some time now. When I request my log in information and input it at the login screen it says my details are incorrect even though I am directly inputting the information that I received in an email moments before. Is there any way this can be resolved as I am out of the US for several months and I simply want to pay the bill and cancel my account.T hanks

Are you prepaid?   Prepaid cannot manage outside the US.

Im currenty having the very same issue. Ive been overseas for some time and havent had a problem until now.
