We can definitely assist you with signing in to your myAT&T account. When you visit our website to Sign in and manage your account online, you will need to enter your User ID and password. Is this message displaying after you entered your login information? Did you get a chance to Create your User ID already? If not, you can follow the steps at the link provided to get started.
