So I just started service with at&t with a postpaid account and when I left the store I realied too late that all the store clerk gave me was just a sales receipt and not the rest of the paperwork that I should have been given. Now I'm trying to access my account online and my pin that I set in store is not working and it keeps asking me for my account number but all the receipt showse of that is the last 4 numbers. How do I get into my account online???

If you have the phone number for your device, you should be able to set up online access for your account (which will then enable you to view your account number).
