Account Profile changes

I have a family plan with two phones/numbers.  How do I change the name on the second phone in the profile to show another name, instead of my name on both numbers (i.e. my name on one phone and my wife's name on the other phone)?

Have you done the following yet?

 

- After logging in, go to

Manage | My Profile | User Information

select the second line, then change the Primary User information to your wife's name.

Call customer service.  I had the same promble, was fixed in no time.

Thank you, this worked.  Apparently when I did it before I was in the account profile vice the numbers profle.
