I am trying to access my ATT prepaid account for the first time. But no matter how many times I try with my correct information, I get the following error "The system could not log you on. Please enter your password and try again."
How can I go past this to access my account? No I have never accessed or created an ATT account with the same number before.

We would like to help with IDs, passwords, passcodes, myAT&T, & account access.
Visit Log In to get started. The first time you log in the default password is the last four digits of your phone number. Once you log in you will be prompted to change your password.
Please try to log in and let us know if you were successful.

Having the same trouble only I’ve had an account for well over a year. Now it doesn’t take my password. I have to reset it every single time to login as well as verify my payment info every single time. Not only that but I’m getting charged constantly for service even though I just paid and it’s really slow I can’t do anything. I am switching to Verizon this is ridiculous. Never used to have these issues with prepaid and now can never login and constantly getting charged and service is so slow.

I have tried to do this, but it says there is no account with my phone number
I checked the number on the sim activation website and it says it is correct and active.
I cannot make an account and cannot call customer service because I can't activate my sim...
please help me!
