AT&T Thanks Log In Issue

Hello. I'm trying to access the AT&T Thanks website as well as tried downloading & using the app but get this error every time I log in, "Authentication error access_denied - access_denied - User not supported". I've looked into this & haven't made any changes whatsoever to my account since its inception. Can someone please offer assistance? Thank you.

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with signing in to AT&T THANKS. Eligible AT&T customers are automatically enrolled in AT&T THANKS. If you have an eligible service with AT&T, benefits will automatically be available to you. When signing in to the AT&T THANKS app, you will use the same User ID that you would normally use for myAT&T. If you haven't done so already, you can follow the steps at this link to Create your User ID. If you're still unable to access your benefits and rewards information within the AT&T THANKS app, we recommend that you sign in to myAT&T as an alternative way to access AT&T THANKS under My benefits and rewards on your Account overview page. Simply select Explore benefits to see your available benefits and redemption instructions for each. Let us know if this helps.

Hi,

When I try to log into the AT&T Thanks app, I get the error message: "Code: 401- ID: CustomerProfile-1000- No accounts found." Does anyone have any suggestions on how troubleshoot? Thanks!

I have the same issue, I was with the Chat customer service team and they told me my account was not linked and I have to wait 15 min for the servers to get updated. It has been 2 hrs since then and I still have the problem, it is not working. I tried the website and the app and it is the same result.... no access at all.

Why does AT&T (Thanks) offer all of these great gifts during the holidays if their server can't handle the traffic? So frustrating!  "Worlds largest telecommunications company"? Seriously?! I've tried every day at the exact time the offer starts and get server errors until it finally says all gifts are claimed.  Makes me wonder if its a scam or if they are really giving away any of these gifts.

I can't log in to AT&T Thanks, on the app or the website. You keep sending me these great offers, but when I enter my User ID and the correct password, it hangs up on Authenticating...

Infuriating.

This last Tuesday att thanks app would not log me in saying there was a credential (not exact wording). I tried this on two different devices and same issue.  We missed out on the movie tickets for this week...once again. The success rate is probably not much more than 50%. It seems the later in the day on Tuesdays you wait the better chance of having issues which makes me think the app/server is way too fragile for the traffic. Each time the app issue is different and it doesn’t make a difference on the device used (e.g. new IPAD or Samsung phone). It is so very frustrating when you can’t enjoy the benefits because of weak att technology.

YES, YES, YES!!! The only gift I'm getting is FRUSTRATION!!!! I cannot believe it, but should have figured it....I've been on in plenty of time to get most offers this year but NONE have gone through with AUTHENTICATION ERROR.....AUTHENTICATION ERROR......AUTHENTICATION ERROR.....funny.....there's no AUTHENTICATION ERROR when I log in to pay my bill.....HMMMMM.....
