A compliment for a job well done
My first post...I hope this is getting to the correct people/forum....
Not a question or a problem....just a compliment to a AT&T CSR in the Evansville IN office for helping me..when Apple could not. It is their product..IPad..but Stephanie came to the rescue..so thank YOU Stephanie for helping me figure out the solution....your letter complimenting you on your performance was placed in the mail today.. as promised!!! Thank YOU! The problem btw was the Safari button was not "on"...so no internet connection....you helped me when no one else did...

I had the help of one of your employees who really resloved my problem. I spoke to several people and each time they told me everything was corrected, it was not, until I spoke to Nancy M . She fixed the issue as she stated she would and you now have a happy customer thanks to her. These are the kind of employees your Company is lucky to have.
