I call to activate my $100 rewards card today and as I'm typing the info in I notice that it expired on 1/31/16. I received the card at the end of October and hadn't activated it yet. After speaking with a representative he said that he nor his manager could re-issue another card. I think that's extremely unfair and this will stop me from recommending others to U-Verse.

I'm trying to install my internet and I do not have a working home phone on the WiFi box the battery light is on the Ethernet light is on the board band lights are red and both are blinking what do I do an I have no computer I have iPads ps3 tablets could u please help me!

I have DSL service now Paid $100 for a new Netgear 7550 router two months ago First question. Can this be used for U-Verse upgrade? If so,will I be charged $7 a month to rent a router I already bought? I do not plan on using the phone or TV options. Just internet Thanks in advance

We live on a new street in Northeast Florida. Uverse fiber optic cable has been run to my home, the cable literally is in my front lawn. But, everytime I call to connect I am told it is not available. How to I resolve this issue?
