service not working in northern virginia
I have been trying to report an issue or ask if theres any information on the outage of service in northern Virginia. any time I try to connect to help through the websites no one responds. and my phone service keeps going in and out. im at work and cant use a phone and I have no wifi to be able to do anything. would be nice if yall had a site that you could show where you have outages, and if you do then make it easier to find. can anyone confirm the issue or give me any information about the outage?

Experiencing service issues is never a pleasant time to go through. I only have my cellular device to keep in contact with the outside world. I am more than happy to help!
We currently do not have anything setup for our customers to see outages. However, our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool is an awesome resource to walk you through step by step instructions and find out what is going on with your device. Just sign in with your myAT&T credentials, select the phone you are using, and under Service/network issues, choose Phone calls.
