service area
I have had cell phones for over 10 years where I live. Used to be able to order online and about 3 years ago that changed. Now I get a message that says my zip code is not in the coverage area. When I look at the coverage map my address is in the coverage area and there is a tower 3 miles from my home. I also receive texts from AT & T telling me when a new tower is added to my area. They don't have a clue as to what they are doing. They tell me to go to a store and order and I hate their stores. Employees are rude and lie.

What's there to look into.  I have talked to at least 3 AT &T employees regarding this issue and all I get is " if you are not in the service area there is nothing we can do."  Well if I have been in the service area for over 10 years why am I not now?  I thought AT & T was supposed to be expanding their service?  Not they just charge more and give less.
