"No Service"

Recently moved to Pagosa Springs Co. and for first month phone service was fine, but for past six weeks phone service has been spotty to "No Service" several days a week!  I've been a customer for 20 years and this is unacceptable.  Can't seem to find an explanation for poor service, so no choice but to change providers.

Hello @conncolorado,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Community Forums! Having poor reception/service can be quite disheartening; I understand your concern with this. I will be more than happy to help you!

To rule out a device issue, I highly recommend visiting our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Select your make and model device, and then service for the issue. This will provide you with network troubleshooting, which can resolve most service related issues.

If this is happening in certain locations and there is Wi-Fi available, I recommend trying Wi-Fi Calling. This will require postpaid service, a compatible device, and a Wi-Fi connection.

We also have a great app to help on informing us of service issues. It is called Mark the Spot. I highly recommend using this to report network incidents and service issues.

In order to look further into this, I will be reaching out to you in a private message. Please check your Forum’s Inbox for this!

I look forward to working with you and getting this resolved. Take care and have a good weekend!
