is the Prepaid/GoPhone cell network down?
Noticed cell phone not responding to anything since early morning 9/9/17. It's charged up. In Greensboro NC.

I am not currently showing any outages in Greensboro, NC. If you are still having issues with your device please power it completely off and back on. This will help refresh the connections to the towers. For further troubleshooting, please use our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Make sure you are logged into your account and choose Phone calls for the issue.
