I am in Dubai. Upon landing, I had "no service" on my phone. I did not buy international service before departing. I now want to add international calling and text service.

You can add it yourself through the MyATT app. You need to add the International pay per use feature and a passport plan. After adding those feature, wait a couple minutes and power cycle your phone.

Tell it you forgot your password during the login process and have it reset.
