Greetings @NanNa15!

I understand how annoying it can be to see all the pop ups every time a new network or Bluetooth device is nearby. I’m very glad you reached out to us; it will be a delight to assist you with this!

To turn your Bluetooth on and off all you have to do is go to your settings, and select Bluetooth. Once there, you can toggle it on or off. If you wish to connect it to devices, you must manually turn it on, and select the device you want to connect to.

If you want to turn your Wi-Fi on or off, all you have to do is access your settings. In your settings, choose Wi-Fi, you should then be able to toggle it on or off, same as with the Bluetooth. If you are within range of a Wi-Fi network; you can toggle it on, choose the network, and enter the passcode. It is recommended you use Wi-Fi when possible, to conserve data and faster internet speed.

If you are worried about enabling your mobile hotspot, I can help you figure this out as well. Go into your settings, and then select personal hotspot. Once in there, you can toggle it on or off. Creating a personal hotspot will use up mobile data; however, it is a very handy feature.

Once you have toggled all these off, your phone will not connect or interact with other devices wirelessly. I will also like to recommend you check out our Device Support page. In this page, you can find step-by-step tutorials on features about your device and more.

I hope you found this informative, and it answered all your questions. If any further questions arise on this or any other matter, please feel free to reach out to us. We are always here to help!
