Wireless signal

I keep getting a "No Service" indicator on my phone. I am located in St Augustine FL 32080. Can you tell me what is going on?

Hello @Chacha49!

Oh no! I am so sorry that you are showing no service on your phone! I will be happy to help figure out what is going on!

I have searched the towers in this zip code and I don’t see any major outages. Are other AT&T devices experiencing the same problem? If so, I recommend downloading our awesome app Mark the Spot! This app will allow you to mark the exact location that you are experiencing issues in, and have it send directly to our network team!

Also, check out our AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve tool! After selecting your make and model, there will be multiple service related options.

Keep us updated! Thank you so much and have a fantastic day!

Could also be that you need a replacement SIM card. Go by your closes ATT store to get a free replacement to check.

Don't think that is the problem. Another At&T customer was having the same problem. The No Service issue hasn't happened today, so maybe it was because of repairs due to Hurricane Matthew?? I have 2 bars today which is the most since the storm. Thanks for the comment.
