Hello @adsjayhawk,

Traveling internationally can be a fun and exciting time! I hope you enjoy your trip.

Your phone should work in Mexico, unless you have an international roaming block or restriction. You will be charged pay-per-use rates if you do not have a plan that offers Mexico roaming.

We do have a great article on our Mexico Plans and Features. Our newer plans come with unlimited talk, text, and date in Mexico. This is definitely something worth looking into, especially if you travel there often.

I hope this information helps you. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns!

My crystal ball says I don't know what plan you're on. Look at your account info.

Once you find the name, or other information on what plan you have whether it's postpaid or prepaid, write that here. Then maybe we can tell you whether or not you have roaming in Mexico included or not

Hey there @evans734113, we'd be happy to provide you more details on which plans are covered in the designated area you're visiting.

We're happy to let you know that you can use your plan in Mexico like in the U.S. Be advised, you'll need to have an eligible plan. If you're not on an eligible plan, you also have the option to choose from our International Day Pass or our Pay-per-use rates

Please reach back out to let us know if this answered your question, and thanks for contacting the AT&T Community Forums for help.
