Will Onkyo Granbeat (DP-CMX1) Work on 4G LTE?

The phone is Japan exclusive and I'm not sure if this is going to work in the AT&T USA

What would be the fastest service I can get from this phone hooked on AT&T?

Here are some specs

SIM slotSupport Band

Nano SIM x 2 (slot independent of micro SD x 2)
Dual SIM Dual Standby compatible * One of SIM can not be used simultaneously during talking / data communication with one SIM.

LTE Band B1 / 3/8/19/26 with Diversity
HSDPA / WCDMA Quad-Band B1 /

If I'm reading correct, it has HSPA band 5, which might get service.

But  It needs 2 and 5 850 and 1900 to be sure to get service.

ATT has no 2G network.  It has no LTE bands For ATT

very little chance it will work.

Looked up specs.   Online specs say it does have 850 and 1900 UTMS (3G).  Very slow 3G.

No LTE, no 4G.
