Verizon solved poor reception issue in our neighborhood. When is AT&T going to for their customers
Cell reception in our area has been poor for many years, from all carriers. We live in a densely populated area of Atlanta, GA, only 3 miles from the headquarters of AT&T Mobility at Lenox Park. The problem lies mainly with restrictions on putting cell towers in or near residential areas. However, Verizon Wireless recently installed several "small cells" on top of utility polls in our area. They have drastically improved the signal strength for Verizon customers. Why hasn't AT&T done the same?

They don't want to spend the money on the extra infrastructure to fix problems for little people like you and me. I've complained for 2 years about poor data coverage in the where I work, submitted hundreds of "Mark The Spot" data points, complained to the Office of the President and even the FCC. Bottom line, ATT really doesn't care
