The office of the President was Arrogant with me

I have been getting bad service for the last year or so. I have called customer service. I have talk to the office of the President and that lady was rude and most of all very arrogant. I have gave up on ATT.i went to the city council meeting last Monday night and spoke about the problem we are having in our city with cell and internet service.i am mot giving up. If ATT will not do anything about it maybe our city will.
